            Followings are the characteristics of a good reports :

Specific topic :-

                   There should be a specific topic in each report.

Specified structure :-

                Good report contains specific structure.

For example, some report are in general survey based and some are investigation based.

Proper conclusion :-

               A good report expresses a good conclusion to end the report with goodwill effect.

Neutral comment :-

               This is mandatory to draw specific comment by following the report. Good report does not bias to any party or person.

Upward oriented :-

              Each and every report should maintain the upward base of report.
